Our meals are prepared with the freshest ingredients and lots of TLC. Seafood is almost always on the menu at Pie de Gigante, which is sourced directly from the local fishermen's catch to your plate, prepared and presented beautifully. We take great pride in serving the best food in the area. We recommend Maria's specialty of the day, which is always a pleasant surprise. Maria attended the Cordon Bleu in Paris, so all our sauces are extra delicious and made from scratch.
The Pie de Gigante Bar is stocked with just what you need to enjoy the sunset or a day at the beach. Enjoy a frozen Marguerita, Pina Colada, Strawberry Daiquiri, the infamous Gigante Depth Charge (otherwise known as the Irish Car Bomb) and other delicious cocktails - even specialties like Caipirinas. Excellent wines and champagne are also available, along with local cervezas and Nicaragua's award winning Flor de Cana rums. And yes, we even have the old standbys like Jack Daniels, good Cognacs and Armagnacs.
