Gigante Beach and Bay is nestled in the heart of the Nicaraguan coast that is being called the Central American Riviera. This is a 10-year tax incentive program that gives the buyer a tax-free purchase and tax free rental income for a 10-year period. During that time the buyer uses the unit not more than 109 days per year, with the remaining 256 days per year in a rental pool, operated as a 5-star hotel in concert with the world-class Aspen Spa. Buyers of these units enjoy a life-time Spa membership (with unit ownership). It is feasible that ten years of tax-free rental income could pay for the unit, and it would be valued at more than double the purchase price by then. It's a win-win project that benefits the Nicaraguan tourism industry as well as the buyer. These are modular wooden homes up to 1700 sq ft perched on hills within a stone's throw of the beach. This is such a popular project that of the 24 units currently under construction only four remain at this writing.
